And then, today, I mailed off the weekly A-Z Mystery Series, this one called, "The Orange Outlaw".
Annie continues to get my artistry, along with other friends. These are the other envelopes sent this past week:
And then here is one I made for a little guy who loves firemen:
So, that's about it! I did drive to my quilt shop this morning (if you can believe it???), but mostly I just bought Steam A Seam since I can't seem to get it at Joanns fabric anymore. Bummer! In case you're wondering, I'm using it for Lady #57, Bonnie. Stay tuned........
I don't know about you, but I'm loving this weather! Having the AC off and the windows open is marvelous! There is nothing like an afternoon nap with the breezes blowing in. lol Try it! Even Toby looks forward to it. (I wish I had a picture! He jumps on the bed before I even get in the room. lol)

Carol, I understand that Steam A Seam has had problems with the glue dots and it isn't available anymore. You were lucky to have found some old stuff. I had to resort to Wonder Under now but don't like it quite as much. It was my local quilt shop that told me about the Steam A Seam.
Love your envelopes as always, and can't wait to see your next "lady". One of the neatest things I've ever seen :) You will probably get tired of me saying I love your work, lol..I may have some Steam A Seam if you happen to run out and need some..
I prefer the Steam a Seam too. I always got it a Hancock Fabrics. Waiting for the next LADY. Cute Envelopes the lady running for the phone could be ME...
Your envelopes always make me laugh. I'm looking forward to seeing #57!
Oh I hope Steam a Seam is still available. I use the SAS Lite 2 by the box!
Great Drawings as usual, love the lady running for the phone and the one where she is coming back from a quilt show! Nice work.
I've never used Steam A seam, so I guess I'm lucky to not know what I'm missing, eh? I just love the expressions you're getting with these crazy eyes you've been doing! Love all these crazy characters in general!
Another bunch of wonderfully clever envelopes. Love the characters you draw as there is so much life to them.
Wonderful envelopes. Love your art work.
I can always count on a big smile when I see your wonderful envelope art that you so generously share. Kindergarten is such a magical time...something we all remember no matter how long ago it was. Creative Bliss Dear...
Hi Carol,
When you say "Nothing Special", it is sooo special to me to see your beautiful artwork on the envelopes!! It is always a bright spot in my day (and a smile too)!
