I must be a good girl

I feel so blessed lately.  First I get that darling mini quilt from Lori and then my pretty doll quilt from Julie, and then......and this was a BIG surprise, I get these two awesome bags from my dear friend, LauraJ.  I had told her once that I never made a bag (surprisingly enough) and had some real colorful fabric that would be perfect and she offered to make them for me.  I never thought she'd finish them so fast, but she did and I LOVE THEM!!!  Check out the lining too with the generous pockets!  Am I going to have fun at the farmers market this summer or what?  For sure, people are going to see me coming, huh?  Aren't they just the coolest???

Thank you LauraJ! Big huge smooches to you!!! They're great!

I'm so glad you love them!! Good thing they weren't in my house very long or I would have kept them for myself!! :)
Secret: Look at the pockets inside...the florally bit near the bottom of the pocket is pieced on. I had to add the bits to make the pockets large enough. I used almost every inch of fabric you sent! Yellow is really fun for the inside of the bag. Don't shop all at the same place now. :) Oh and these also make great library bags too. I'm taking my Jane Market Bag on our trip tomorrow.
