I think I forgot to show you these t-shirts that I appliqued for my granddaughter and great niece last Christmas........(yes, Christmas!!) Duh, where is my brain????
Probably the only reason I remembered is because I've been seeing them on the kids this summer!
THEN, I've still been sewing for the doll swap. I so do LOVE, LOVE, LOVE making doll sized quilts AND because my partner never commented on the pinwheel one, I figured I should try to make something she "might???" like. Thankfully, this one made the grade, so I'm pretty sure this is the one she will get:
See all those crazy knots in all those different colors? Just about put me over the edge, let me tell you!
I shoulda counted how many and then had a contest. That might have been fun! I'll have to remember that for next time!

You're so creative - I would never think to add colored knots to a quilt. It really makes this quilt - I love it! I'm going to keep this idea in my "make someday" file!

Breath takingly (is that a word?) beautiful. I just love this quilt, the knots are such a wonderful addition. Do you already have a tutorial for this one? Absolutely fabulous. I love coming to your site--such eye candy that warms my lonely soul!!! Thank you for your generous spirit & may God continue to bless you with such creative talent. Just wanted to tell you how much you lift my spirits when I look at your quilts.

OMG Fabulous!!! I calculate 324 knots based on an average of 27 knots per block. No wonder you almost went spare!!! I would like to know (if you don't mind sharing)if you added the knots after the batting but before the backing so the carried threads dont show? Please don't tell me you knotted everyone and buried the knot!!! You never cease to amaze me with your creativity.
I love all the bright colors you use! Makes me want to get all the Kona Cotton solids I can get my hands on....then I get to the store and can't make a decision. Your blog and work are so inspiring.
GORGEOUS!
been and done the check, I did comment on the pinwheel quilt, so guess this one is not for me either, but I love it. I also love those little T shirts, so cute.
I so love the quilt!
Love both of your doll quilts - the stitching looks amazing!!
This is an awesome little quilt!
I love your little quilts, the colours are so very joyous. I make crazy quilting squares that resemble yours, however, I use them for cards (Christmas, birthday, , thank you notes, etc.) or small projects.
I just discover your site through Pinterest. I certainly will follow you.
Au plaisir
